Accidental Death & Dismemberment
AD&D provides coverage in the event of loss of life, limbs or eyesight resulting directly from accidental causes.
Dental Insurance
Dental Insurance Plans are intended to encourage your employees and their eligible dependents to seek preventive dental care and to help pay expenses for restorative care and treatment when necessary.
Dependent Life Insurance
In most states, employers are allowed to extend group term life insurance benefits to the family, in which the amounts are a small percentage of the employee’s life insurance amount.
Flexible Spending Account
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA's) are benefit options designed to increase an employee’s disposable income by reducing the amount of taxes they pay. An employee uses pre-tax dollars to pay for qualified health care expenses which are not reimbursed under any health care plan or insurance plan, and for qualified dependent/child care expenses.
Health Insurance
Health Insurance provides benefit payments for covered sickness or injury, such as accident insurance, disability income insurance, medical expense insurance, and accidental death and dismemberment insurance.
Life Insurance
A type of insurance that provides payment of a specified amount on the insured’s death, either to an estate or a designated beneficiary.
Long Term Care Insurance
Long Term Care, a relatively new type of health insurance, is designed to fill the gaps in health insurance coverage in the event of an extended stay in a nursing home.
Long Term Disability
Insurance issued to provide a reasonable replacement of a portion of an employee's earned income lost through serious and prolonged illness or injury during the normal work career, generally ranging from six months to life.
Prescription Drug
This coverage offers employees discounted or co-payment options when purchasing prescription drugs.
Short Term Disability
Short-term disability insurance coverage is designed to replace an individual's full or partial wages during a time of non work-related injury or illness that would prohibit the individual from working.
Vision Insurance
A benefit option may include vision care, ranging from co-payment of eye exams and discounted glasses.
