OSHA introduced the new Plain Language poster (8/09/2000) which replaces the currently required workplace poster. All covered employers are required to display and keep displayed a poster prepared by the Department of Labor summarizing the major provisions of The Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) telling employees how to file a complaint.
